Clearing

The gallery below comprises images of the sunset we experienced here this evening. The time stamp on the first photo is 6:11 PM and that on the last is 6:27 PM. Just goes to show that there is something to being in the right place at just the right time. Although we had rain overnight and most of the day we noticed, while preparing dinner, that the skies were clearing though there was still mist on the hills. I told Joanna to keep an eye on the developing color and to call if she thought it might be worth getting the camera (I was washing dishes). A minute or two later she suggested I go out – I did so for a little more than 16 minutes and took 60 shots. Clicking an individual image will cause you to migrate to a carousel view; you may move forward and back on your own. ESC will bring you back to the original post. Enjoy.

Hey .. thanks a million for the comment! It’s wonderful to hear from folks I DON’T KNOW! I’m pretty new to all of this and it’s nice to hear from an otherwise disinterested party that I’m on the right track! Thanks again for taking the time to comment.

Great pic Dave. We had the same sunset out here on our side of the lake.
